Cindee~~ Amazing. I'm surprised at how much growth there was from June to August 2003. And look what time has done... blousy exuberance. Just beautiful.

I love watching the transformation unfold. It's fantastic!

By the way, I checked out the Cat House link, and I just have to say, Visa is gorgeous, and her name story is so funny. Do you foster cats for a no-kill shelter? I couldn't tell... but 12 sounds a lot. ;)

That's grate, I love before and after pictures, its not often you get to see a whole series of afters like that, beautiful. I should get a series of photos like that to show clients, to stop them worrying that there garden beds look scarce.

Meredith,
No, not a foster parent. I could never give them up once I had them, but they are all strays, rescues, or kittens my daughter brought home and then didn't take when she left. Ha. Fido, Beeswing and Wicked were kittens of feral cats that we took away and bottle fed so they wouldn't grow up wild. My daughter says that when I get older, I'll be the crazy old lady who lives in a tree with 100 cats.

These photos are great. I love to see how a garden develops with time. Absolutely beautiful!

The after pictures are an inspiration. I'd love to see a post with a list of some of the plants that make up this gorgeous border. My browser wouldn't expand the pictures enough to check out the individual plants, but the overall effect of the whole sweep is just beautiful.

I just love seeing the before and after pictures and the growth between June and August in 2003 was very impressive - great pathway to walk along and so much to see.
